However, If you are unhappy with your purchase Heather Haase Designs is happy to adjust, exchange or refund your order. 

If this is the case,  please contact Heather Haase Designs within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/adjust/exchange, then make sure to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Items are returned at the shippers own risk, so we recommend that you use a special service to insure the shipment against loss or damage. 

Original postage will not be refunded to buyer. 

Orders must be returned in perfect condition.
