 The Gau in this choker is special.  A Gau from Nepal is traditionally worn around the neck to promote healing or to serve as a protective talisman. This one is unusual in that the main body is made of glass with such a gorgeous color. Typically most of the figure is carved from Coral, Turquoise or shell.  This one is a true statement and meant for someone that can rock a bold piece!! The center bead I found on a hunt in Thailand in a market on a dusty little shelf.  You never know what you find can just when you think you are striking out!!
