Chinese lock olive silk

The Chinese longevity lock used on doors and boxes, have a long established association with protection of the unknown.  They are decorated with both Chinese characters and symbols. I added vintage tassels from Uzbekistan on this piece.  What a statement you will make walking in with this on!!!
