Samarkand tassel with Chain

I want to a vintage textile market in Uzbekistan and found the tassel featured in this necklace.  The colors are wonderful.  I am in love with vintage textiles, especially tassels.  This is a gorgeous piece.  Great alone or wonderful to layer with.
